Firstly, many thanks to all those who returned the questionnaires that we recently sent out. We are delighted to have received replies from over 140 clients to-date. This was well beyond what we thought we may receive back. We have always tried to deliver a high level of service and were extremely gratified to see that 85% of respondents rated our overall level of service as "VERY GOOD", with 14% rating us as “GOOD”. We can now be sure that most of what we do is meeting client expectations. However, we shall certainly not rest on our laurels and are looking to how we can improve on 85% going forward!

2011 has been a turbulent and challenging year and, in all honesty, the start of 2012 may have a similar theme. However, on a medium to long term view, we remain confident and do believe that there are shares offering exceptional value. Let's hope that by the end of 2012 we can enjoy a little good cheer and prosperity.
